Thank you for updating the app now the app has almost all the essential features but I would like to mention two things first is that the font size of the app is very small if we increase the iOS font size only the side bar becomes very large. please make the fonts more elegant that is slimmer and larger. There’s a lot of empty space in the app. Please see the SBI app for example number two to show to the nominee if the nominee is an aged person there is no holding certificate for CG’s and SG’s only FRSB certificate is available but not listed all holdings on a given date with their maturity date and amount that is essential to handover to a nominee, please make the system more transparent. Bid cannot be p’aced with this app. The button is unresponsive. I have to login from laptop. Make app standalone and useful.

For the first time in my life, I came across a government app that worked without any hurdles—no endless loading, no frustrating waits. Just smooth, simple, and surprisingly fast. My expectation was 0 out of 10 but now its 8/10 👍
