I got to get in touch of good team members specifically Roopam who helped me in every manner and she was always approachable and supportive in my weight loss journey. I joined Rati’s 6 week challenge on July 7th. Their diet plan is amazing. No boring same old diet starving yourself. There is variety every week which includes all types of nutrition in every meal. I didn’t win the challenge but I am happy that I learnt a lot. Consistency is the key and I will come back again.

I really enjoy the Rati diet plan! I tried the Regular Slim plan and managed to lose 4 kgs, and then I switched to the Speed Slim plan, which helped me sheds 7 kgs. I'm thrilled with the results! The plan is thoughtfully designed and offers a great balance of nutrients. I love that the meals are both tasty and filling, making it simple to stay on track. It really feels like a lifestyle change for me!
