randstad: jobs for workers

It doesn’t work! Stop being lazy and find candidates job like you’re supposed to . Countless job listings which leads me to the app to complete. My profile is complete. Everything that I’ve supposed to complete on my end is done. Where exactly is the application on the app for me to complete? These people never respond to emails. They don’t answer their phones ever . The app with filling out the job application thing is garbage! They don’t sync! Do your jobs and stop hiding from the public. I’m probably betting most of the jobs on their website don’t exist. This app is useless! How are there no jobs in Sacramento for any skills? The only two that ever show up are at least 19-32 miles away! The capital of California has no jobs is what your company is implying? Get rid of this stupid app and get back to being an actual staffing agency. People are trying to keep a roof over their heads and food on the table for themselves and their families while your company wastes candidates time . Do better!

Yesterday was my first day there 2pm to 10:30pm the lady le’ah was very professional at her job and respectful and gave a very good welcoming vibe i really liked the experience for the first time i worked the line i was hoping to work today but i didnt but thats ok whenever i can work there again i would be more than happy tk go back thank you for the opportunity randstad.

It seems to be a work in progress app because a lot of times I apply for a posting then a week or two later I get a notification saying that position is closed or no longer available but no communication with updates after completing all requirements up to the last one where it says a recruiter will contact you but never does so it must be an error or inaccessibility or something but you’re just on pause and can’t pursue any other new postings or opportunities. That being said One at a time for a week or two and unable to seek any other position is not efficient. Developers should design this app with a sense of fluidity to the end user being able to seek multiple positions until the recruiter has accepted the candidate then disable open positions not before a commitment from the recruiter
