I started working for Adecco in December. At the time, I had difficulties with bringing up my pay stubs or loading assignment details in the app. The local branch office has been unhelpful, telling me they can’t be of any assistance in bringing those up. Nearly two months on and the app still can’t load my paystubs and assignment details. Which is unfortunate because tax season is here and my state’s Department of Revenue is requesting copies of those pay stubs. The Adecco app - just like the company itself - is complete trash. Broken barebones functionality with buttons and Comic Sans fonts straight out of the late ‘90s. Nor do they have a way for users to report any bugs they encounter.

As a temporary worker at Adecco, I feel compelled to shed light on the unethical practices I’ve encountered. One of the most egregious issues I’ve faced is the agency’s blatant dishonesty regarding wages and schedules. On multiple occasions, Adecco promised one wage rate during the recruitment process, only to conveniently change it once I began working. This deceitful bait-and-switch tactic left me feeling betrayed and undervalued. Additionally, they’ve been notorious for providing inconsistent schedules, often altering them last minute without any regard for my personal commitments or well-being. This lack of respect for my time and livelihood has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. In attempts to compensate for their illegitimate actions, Adecco has offered half-hearted apologies and empty promises, but little has been done to rectify the situation. It’s clear that their priority lies in cutting corners and maximizing profit, rather than prioritizing the fair treatment of their workers. Overall, my experience with Adecco has been marred by deceit, disrespect, and disregard for basic ethical standards. I urge anyone considering working with this agency to proceed with caution and be wary of their deceptive practices.

I’ve worked for Iris at adecco for years , she’s a very hands on good person and she works with you a for you , also pays good and they have health benefits and 401 k after a certain amount of hours . I recommend of course working for them plus a bonus of working with and for Iris
