New Update: I do not like the new map, it’s too tedious and requires lots of swiping as opposed to the old where one flick and I can go from North America to Russia. Additionally, the crossfade set to zero does not work. It still crossfades. 5 stars if these issues are corrected. Old update: I am liking the new update after having subscribed to the app for the past few months, but I do think the old map is a little easier to work with in some scenarios. The new rotational map benefits from more countries displayed but at the expense of speed. The old map is faster for cruising around and finding islands and easter eggs. Also, the old map fit the Radioooo brand better, imo. The rotational map could benefit from making it look more hand drawn. Also, I think the app will benefit from allowing us to select which map we want via the settings. Otherwise, with this new rotational map since it doesn’t feel as fun to use (more technical), I can’t help but think might as well bypass it entirely and provide a country list.

I’ve been an avid paid subscriber for years and being a World music lover I truly appreciate your curation and being able to discover interesting tracks around the globe. My biggest gripe is that I use this as my main music app at my business and it’s unfortunately unreliable. The music stops playing for very long periods of time and I have to quit and Re-open the app and it’s frustrating to have clients sit in silence while I try to fix the bug. A note to developers: I enjoy saving my fave tracks and would love to be able to create my own playlists so I can separate the genres and arrange the order of the tracks. I hope in the future we can also search for songs at the bare minimum within our own saved files. Aside from those requested improvements I have to say that I am happy you don’t accept everyone’s uploads. As a DJ myself I appreciate you guys hand picking tracks as I believe in your taste and trust the selection you’ve spent time acquiring. Thank you for keeping your standards. Rinse and repeat. I awoke this morning with terror in my heart. I am a giant fan of what Radioooo offers to me and my species in general, even though I don't use it as often as I'd like to (no reason beyond human unreason). I think I am bouyed by the sense that they are there and at any moment I can bring up the app and ... be alive. The terror was this: What if the Radioooo people can't keep going? What if (gulp/sob) it all ENDS suddenly??!!? It was like a more intense 'What-if-Google-somehow-buys-out-Mozilla' feeling. A coooold feeling, as clinically anesthetizing as the lumens emitted by the fixtures that illuminate the aisles of Walmart. I shivered, I shook. I'd have cried, but what the hell good would that do?? I opened the app and as a random nation poured its past into my ears, I read the News: Radioooo is starting something new, and really cool. And tangible! I don't care what it is. I don't care what they do, as long as they keep going. I'm going to give them money, since I can't think of anything more useful to give.
