I downloaded this app to sell an extra wedding dress I had after seeing an advertisement that they were waiving their commission for a limited time. I listed the dress and got an offer after 3 weeks. So far so good. It’s all been downhill since. First, the pending sale states they are still taking their 20% fee, despite the offer, still stated on their site, that I signed up with. Additionally, the buyer had paid for expedited shipping, I was not informed by Queenly. Their shipping instructions said nothing other than “ship in 1-3 days”. And now, it’s been a full week since delivery and I have not been given any information on when my payment will arrive. According to their rules, the buyer has 3 days to accept the delivery and then the money will be automatically sent to the seller’s preferred account. So now I have no dress and no money for it. I have sent 2 emails and an additional message through their website with no response. And there is no phone number to call either. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed.
