To reiterate “DieselArt”s post, this app has way more data for your inverter (and EVERYTHING connected to it) than you could possibly get from any other means. A rant for those users that have given 1 star because they don’t know how to use a product:If you don’t want to give your main email then use an alternate. I’ve never been asked for my phone number. If you still have a tinfoil hat on you can also give your inverter inaccurate personal information so you can sleep at night knowing the Illuminati won’t know your address. You can remove your dongle when not in use. If you don’t like that it is the only monitoring app out there then develops your own. Your phone has a dimmer if the app is too bright. It is bad for your eyes to use screens in dark rooms, turn on the lights. I have not experienced any bugs, close the app and reopen it if something seems off. If you don’t like foreign developed apps then you really don’t want to know where the computer chips in your inverters are from. If you want real-time, down to the second plant information then stand up, walk to your inverter and look at the screen. The app will update every few minute or less if you refresh the page.If your solar company didn’t help you to share your plant properly then you likely hired the wrong people. That happens when you choose the lowest bid just because it was the cheapest. This also covers “inaccurate” plant data due to installers using the wrong time method, PVkw or pricing. Perhaps the solar company should get the 1 star instead of the app. Some guy gave a 1 star because he has to sign in occasionally, pathetically lazy and ignorant!A lot of these 2 stars say they’re mad that they don’t know how to use a product that they have never used before, it is called learning. Practice learning.

Installed the app to remote monitor my off grid installation, but asks for some info that I would rather not share like phone number, etc. Initially the app worked, but later in the evening it shows inverter status as offline. Some of the graph’s Time axis show markers at odd time intervals. Instead of 2:00, 3:00, etc… it shows something like 2:14, 4:17…. So the app is useful but needs improvement

The thing you use on a regular basis is viewing the graph. Useless compared to the previous and now discontinued PowerView ES app which I still use all the time with good graphing. They are now forcing you to use this app. With the previous app you could pinch to zoom the graph (required on a phone), you could turn on and off each plotted data type. And the colors make sense. In this app THE SOLAR AND THE LOAD ARE BOTH GREEN!!! You can’t tell them apart. Load needs to be red. You need to see the load in relation to the PV input. It is a way to tell how well your array is covering the loads in different weather conditions. Developers, go look at the powerview ES app and make the graphing like that. And lastly, get rid in the stupid little bubbles that float along the pictorial image of power flow. It’s difficult to tell which way its going. Looks like a jumbled shell game. Make the entire line move to show flow. And if you want to get really fancy, change the speed based on high or low flow.
