This app provides a ton of useful information. It keeps track of your battery status, it monitors your energy generation and consumption, which allows you to modify your usage behaviors. It keeps track of days and months of performance so that you can compare month to month and year to year performance. It would help if the features of the app were not confined to a phone. Serious analytics would better be made available on a PC, or at least a tablet.

Overall this system is great. My two biggest issues is that I can not access my batteries State of Health (info is only available to the installer and the company) and there is no true offline mode. If power and cellular/internet service is down you can not access this app. You HAVE to have internet access. Last hurricane knocked out power and internet (both wired and the cell towers were damaged). SOH data lets me know how the batteries are holding up over time, etc.

Needs a NEM3 profile update asap! App works well, wish it had actual percentage of each battery rather than an average between them, y’all have and can see the data just display it or give the option to see each battery or an average. Also the mode settings are missing a ton, that needs more refinement. The goal is to not use the grid during peak hours. Annoying to have to change the mode multiple time per day. Should be a set it to do this for this time and another thing for a different time. Each mode is missing features and there needs to be more granular control.
