Update: WHAT HAPPEN TO MY AD-FREE??? OMG, “WHY” the change. The worst interface, ugh...the previous layout IS what won me over to begin playing puzzly words, after playing word battle for over 8years..The previous layout or interface WAS what set this app apart from the other competitors. NOW, it is the SAME bubble-KIDDIE layout as many of the other word games🤦🏻‍♀️. I am VERY disappointed. This WAS my EVERYDAY game. My goodness somethings are better left as is!! I LOVED LOVED LOVED this game but now I do not get the same excitement as I enter the app since the update... I am sure you guys will not return the game back to the original format so I am sadly deleting my favorite game. Wow, this game was were I could escape from the world AND it also allowed me to learn, while having fun...FYI WHAT IS THE number 4 which sits behind the add a letter?? I’m 🤷🏻‍♀️ confused...PLEASE PUT IT BACK!! Come on fans let’s petition for a return to the original format SOON!! I need this game in my life, hahahahaha. Seriously, I really would love to continue playing, if the format and layout could be reverse, however, for now I am no longer interested in this game and have deleted. I’m a sad long time app lover...It was good while it last, I guess it’s true ALL good things come to an end! Goodbye 👋🏽 Ex-Blue Puzzly Words!!

This started out being a great family game. However, recently, it is Ridiculously Annoying, and here’s why 1. initially, I invited my sister and aunt to be friends and aunt did the same. But sister entered our name/user ID to invite us to be friends and the response is our “name and user IIDs are not found.” 2. When a game is initiated, we each receive an invite to play, and it shows we are all ready to play, then the initiator presses the button to start the game, 2 of us are not in the game; it does not populate on our screens. Even though it shows up on the initiators board that we are in the game. So, you have to do the game alone, it will not allow you to exit out or cancel. So, Sister has to exit her game 1-2 times and then it will populate in the middle of a round. I on the other hand have to log out of every game and then reenter my email, then it populates in the last few minutes of the game. 3. Also, the game is supposed to go 4 rounds, sometimes we get 4, and other time 2-3 rounds. Please fix the BUGS!

We Used to enjoy Puzzly Words... but the new version isn’t much fun. The boards are much smaller, which is annoying, because I’m often hitting the adjacent letters In error. A huge issue we’ve had, in different locations, (different states, WiFi, etc) is the connection dropping in the middle of the game. It kicks you out of the game & you lose your points. Every time it happens, other apps & WiFi continue to run. One good thing is that I now only play a couple of games a day, rather than a couple of hours a day, like I did with the previous version. I’ve heard so many complaints... I’ve moved on to games that function correctly.
