Psychic Question: Chat Reading

I just downloaded the app, paid money to speak with someone, and 3 times I’ve tried to connect and been unsuccessful. The person starts typing and I’m unable to respond. No keyboard shows to and the times just continues to go until you end the chat or go back. It’s frustrating that there’s no one to help 24/7 and that you have to wait business days. I really just want my money back at this point. Highly disappointed!
