There are many misleading ads just to fool the filters. Search for property to buy, there are listing for RM1,500. Either it is a mistake or intentional for click-bait. But there are many like this. And there is no option to highlight this back to platform or the advertisers. If it is a mistake, I don’t trust this kind of advertisers that is obviously very careless. There should be some common sense check built into the platform. I think to ease browsing of property, same properties should be collapsed together rather seeing the same property one after another for so many pages. If there is interest, the collapsed list then can be expanded into each individual ads.

Please delete those units and or houses that is already rented out. Agents please be consistent of what you post for rent, like what’s inside the house if you mention it fully furnished. It’s not like the photos have everything inside and when it’s seen in real suddenly no TV, or no Refrigerator or whatever else but in your advertisement it’s FULLY FURNISHED be sure that it is. Owners too must check their houses or units how is the condition and the appliances inside. It’s not that just because in the market the rent is like this so you want to be able to get ur units and houses same rental rate but then inside is too old or the appliances are already rusty and cold. This is just a simple reminder to be noted on. So that if people ask for discount it means there’s something else that you need to know about your house.

This app used to be my go to app for browsing rental properties. I have moved 3-5 times for the last 10 years so im on this site quite often. Now this app just doesnt work anymore. Any kind of filtering will show irrelevant result. Browsing for hours just trying to find the exact property that i wanted. Be it for location wise, type of property - it does not work. Im looking to rent for the whole unit but my filtering result still show rooms rental. Idk is it because the agent tend to upload the properties under all the boxes they could checked just to reach more viewer, but it does not help the user. This app suppose to help both parties i.e. Agent and User to reach each other. I know this is just a trick for the agent to get user’s contact information and then gain commission for referring the user to another agent.
