Why would an app need notifications to work? It doesn’t make sense as I only need to renew driving license & roadtax. Doesn’t make sense, I need it as I track it externally myself. And ridiculous that an all need notification so sign in. Other app also don’t need notifications enabled to sign in

Seriously the most useless service on earth. The whole point of renewing license online is so that you have convenience and it stated that they will deliver license in 2 days. But license never came. They ask you to refer to JPJ app for a digital copy, when in fact JPJ app requires license serial number (which you don’t have because you have just renewed your license). When fully explain all this to customer service, they cannot give any solution other than go to JPJ counter. So conclusion: MYEG doesn’t need to exist if it’s going to be so useless. I would have been better off just renewing my license at post office. Please don’t waste your time with this useless service.
