There are only a few alternatives at present for dealing with content authenticity and this a solid choice especially if you’d prefer not being tied to a specific vendor ecosystem. I like that the app is spare and mostly doesn’t get in the way. Excited for advancements in the future.

ProofMode is easy to use and maintains the media’s integrity. It allows you to verify and sign photos and videos, so there is no doubt about its authenticity. You determine the levels of verification and it’s simple to change the settings at anytime. I highly recommend ProofMode. It’s free and open source! I love that it provides the level of trust I need in today’s shifting realities.
