This app is incredible and super easy to use. You don’t need to be tech savvy to do this. I literally just did my progress scan in my visor mirror while parked in my car between work appointments. I did ortho before and it was so hard to stay motivated but in the app I can see even the tiniest improvements which makes me want to keep going. I am low key going after the badges when I scan on time and get passed to the next aligner. It is a fun game vs just wearing trays on my teeth. Not gonna lie that I love not having to go to the dentist once a month for check ups because she can see everything without the visits because of the app. No disrespect to my amazing dentist 🤍

They costumer service is the worse. From day one I went to get my teeth scanned they said my insurance will cover it, we just have to wait for the claim to be processed. Then I hear nothing after following up a few times they say my insurance does not cover it. The treatment went okay. After the treatment I ordered my first night retainer. It didn’t fit so well at first then it started to fit(definitely not the same as my last step). I ordered another one since I travel a lot and wanted an extra one. However after a long wait as usual for the package. The retainer doesn’t fit my teeth, not even close to fitting. I texted them and I got bombarded with a million questions instead. Then he said they will contact me soon to resolve the issue. I got an email with an extra question. A month goes by with no reply as usual. I text again and the response is as usual to blame the customer he said i didn’t reply to an email they sent. I showed them my reply and he said they’ll send my answer to the orthodontist and resolve the issue. Two weeks later and still no reply. I texted again, asking for a refund for my money and told them I will send back the retainer if they need me to. They said they’ll refund it and send me another one. No explanation to what happened or if they changed anything, or if i should expect my new retainer to fit or not. I really recommend using any other service that does this, that might have a better customer service, and more helpful and honest employees that will not blame their mess up on you or bombard you with a million questions then never reply to you unless you text a few times back to get an answer.

As someone who has trauma with dentists and gets anxiety by going into the dentist office, my entire experience from the get go of starting my teeth journey through Candid has been life changing. I’ve done Invisalign before and wasn’t able to stick to it long enough to get results and I’m so proud of myself to see how far I’ve come thanks to the outstanding customer support and in depth and very easy to digest information Candid gives me throughout my treatment. Being able to see a slideshow of before and after pictures that you take yourself through your scans that you upload on the app is game changing! The whole process is so seamless and you are walked through it the entire way with step by step videos while you scan your teeth yourself with your phone. It’s so encouraging and feels like a much more personalized experience! Candid really thought of everything and I’m not one to write reviews like this but I’m just so happy with my results so far and the ease of use. Thank you, Candid!
