Prognosis: Your Diagnosis

I want to know why I went back in to go through a case a second time and the correct answers changed. The first time I only chose excision but it said stem cell transplant was necessary also, but the second time the stem cell transplant wasn’t necessary. Making me right the first time around. Is the app set on me being wrong every time then? And why if I got 4/5 items correct did I only earn 1 out of 3 stars on the case? I think I’m over it and I’m only 3 cases in.

This is a very helpful app for those in the medical field that need to diagnose and understand various medical problems. Each case is not too long and gives a thorough explanation. It really does helps with medical decision making and I suggest for anyone who wants to learn more or test their skills!

Love the app, it exercises clinical deductive reasoning and I learn a lot from the rationales. However, I am a student nurse, I am wondering if it's possible for the team that created Prognosis to also maybe create a version for medical nursing (since our roles are different but use similar clinical critical thinking principles—of using evidence based practices and giving patient centered care).
