EXCELLENT service every time we visit this location!

This App & my local store are horrible. Can’t place a mobile order. Tried delivery & pick up, app won’t take my CC not my Apple Card or my Amex. After several tries my visa charges, but then gives an error message the store doesn’t take mobile orders to come inside. Once inside, the store doesn’t honor deals. The app always has trouble loading offers. Which doesn’t really matter, my local store NEVER knows there is any & doesn't give them. Just a COMPLETE WASTE of time, energy, & gas. All are too expensive to waste. Meanwhile, it’s still holding funds for an order I never got.

This app needs a serious update. I’ve logged in, reloaded, looked for updates, etc. I still can’t get my rewards to open which is frustrating. It is stuck on the screen that notifies that rewards isn’t available at all locations. I clicked the button saying to not pop up again, but there was no way to submit it. It looked seriously zoomed in or something along those lines. I couldn’t zoom out or scroll. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I really wanted to love the app. Pretzelmaker, please fix the app and I’ll give you a better review.
