This app is incredibly frustrating to use. It glitches constantly and won’t load. It’s one of the worst apps I’ve had the misfortune of having to use

I hope there’s a better way to track data of the students. Calling this app bad would be an understatement.

This app is extremely frustrating to use—the UI is highly unintuitive and it frequently malfunctions. There should be a way to assign a subject, such as ELA or Math, to an entire group at once, rather than requiring it to be set for each student individually. When tutoring in a specific class, all students within that group will be working on the same subject every day. It would also be much more efficient to mark students present with a single action, instead of having to navigate into each individual student’s page, then waiting for it to load every time. This is especially problematic given how long it takes everything to load on this app. I hope this app is still in development, as there are a number of functionality issues that, if improved, would allow tutors to spend more time focusing on their students.
