The app seem user friendly and had no issue with that. However the customer service response time is 48+ hours. Tried so many times getting my usps form done correctly and they had me send them my id and a utility bill. Then seen the form wasn’t filled correctly so they asked for all of that plus my id and bill again. When they should of asked for all of that at once. I can’t entirely blame them due to my lack of following instructions but trying to get it resolved in a timely manner is the problem. I spent about $50 including storage fees without having the inability to forward my mail. I had to personally get the items myself . So there I canceled and going to ipostal which was suggested. This company wouldn’t be too bad if there customer service step up there response time *Update* They kindly returned my money . I can’t complain from this point now. Sorry for the inconvenience
I used the mail service (Charlotte location) for a few months to have an address during my relocation. The service and app met all expectations. Mail was timely opened and scanned as requested. There were two limitations: 1) I was not getting notifications that I received mail, so I had to check the app all the time. I’m pretty certain my iPhone notifications were set correctly, so I don’t believe it to be user error. 2) I couldn’t cancel my subscription over the app or online. I had to call and cancel. Fortunately, customer service was very helpful and made it very easy to cancel. Five stars to customer service (based only on one call though). I would recommend this service and use it again if needed.
Okay I’ve had PSM for almost 3 months now and I have to say this service has saved my life! I was dealing with mail theft and ID theft at the time I found out about PSM and not to mention I was dead broke. They were offering a free month of service when you signed up. Ever since I signed up my problems went away, and I have a new job and I’ll happily pay for this every month. Seriously PSM has saved my life. As I said to the associate I spoke with through email. If I ever met the CEO of this company I’d give him/her a hug. The app is quality. You get notifications when mail comes in and you can make a few commands. What I recommend for new users is BOOKMARK the desktop website on your iPhone browser of choice because you will need that to make changes and update different things. I REPEAT YOU DO NOT NEED A COMPUTER. You simply just need to tap “request desktop version”. I’d recommend safari or chrome. Lastly. Great company overall. I’d recommend PSM to anyone. Mail security is key these days. 5/5.
