1st free isn’t free, then to start anything you have to pay upfront then there is no one to contact and if you cancel your account it stays active till your renewal date, that being a full year and I’m trying to cancel after just an hour. I don’t want company info out there in connection to this place and I can’t stop it or get a refund. I’m not mad, I’m miserable over this horrible choice.

Easier out of the other websites and cheap! I love how you can buy 4 years in advance.

I really wanted this to work. Had to convince my business partner to use it. That was a mistake. After paying for the service I realized there was no way to remove the “sent from Neo” signature and advertising link from the bottom of every email I send. I reached out to support thinking I had just missed a setting to turn it off. They informed me it could not be removed even though it is a paid service. If you interact with customers or vendors regularly you’ll understand this looks incredibly unprofessional to be touting another company at the bottom of every email. I will unfortunately be migrating back to the email behemoth.
