Positive Thinking Meditation

The voice is excellent for the purpose. The atmosphere built up in the app is excellent as well, however just when you are at your deepest point of relaxation and you'd expect there will be clear suggestions regarding positivity, there is a sudden shift to: now you're energized, now you're waking up, and so although production is good and the opening well done, it seems as if the entire process has been truncated ,just when the listener is open and available for suggestion, the app unexpectedly ends, with no focus on positivity. I recommend it for a quick nap, it will probably help you get off to sleep and although you probably should set an alarm to be sure,it will very likely wake you at the end.
