App is nonfunctional and will not download in my language. I have been working with customer service for over a week in which they blame my Internet connection or my phone neither which are not contributing to this problem eventually they had me download VOX city app, which has the exact same problem. Terrible customer service no problems ever resolved.

I purchased for our family of 5 tickets plus audio for the coliseum and Vatican. We had nothing but issues with this and ended up having to connect all audio to one phone. My husband and I are both in IT, so we are pretty savvy. But the click interface needed to be more robust and more user friendly. It needs to really just be “clickable”.

I love this app. When I’m vacationing with my wife around Europe. It makes it simple and easy to use whenever we are at some amazing landmarks.
