Downloaded the app, plugged in the cable and the charger was not in the app. What a waste of time. Pete-Bert was the charger name. Edit: Pod Point says these chargers were not public, yet they are in a public parking lot with instructions on how to charge using those chargers, with no way to tell these are not public. Terrible user experience.
I’m not able to add funds since I don’t have a UK phone number. Visitors should be able to charge their rental EV without having to get a UK phone number. Add other options for a second factor for authentication.
