LeS App is easy to use to book edit change and update your passenger info for each trip you want to make going back and forth from Folkestone to Calais and vice versa… you also can get live updates on boarding and travel to Folkestone/Calais You can view and even prebook your duty free items for collection to the basics of travel information and guides to Europe to wherever you may be travelling too. Today I’ve had to change my return ticket for the second time due to unexpected circumstances that resulted in hospitalisation and the recovery time is taking much longer than expected. But this will not hinder me from travelling again and using LeShuttle/App for booking a fast and safer way to travel.

I am shocked that you are continually putting your prices up when your fares are already so expensive, £150 for each 30 mins trip is outrageous.. and now your terms and conditions have changed, which if I understand correctly, means you are charging us more yet again when we are needing ( due to unforeseen family circumstances) to change our standard ticket departure time.. Please respect your clients. You have the monopoly as you are the only tunnel, but be fair on us.. What is this hidden £20 extra admin fees for changing a time on booking? I was told over the phone that we were warned as we booked the ticket, and that it was a new thing. It just wasn’t clear enough when I originally booked my ticket. It might have said terms and conditions ‘have changed’ but please just write the cost in pounds clearly, and the notice should say “ You will be now charged £20 extra for any change of time”. That would have been more honest instead of hiding this NEW extra cost in your T&C small print form, that I suspect not many people have read as we trust Le shuttle to be a reliable and fair service to get to France. And finally, can I ask why there is the new admin fee as I am the person changing the time in the App? No employee has done any work there, it’s just a change of data on your computer that I operated. I really hope you will respond to these remarks in the very near future and even refund this unfair £20 for this time. Thank you in advance Mrs Harding

Every time I travel in the le shuttle I’m at amazed by how lack of investment continues year after year The toilets are mostly out of order and you are advised to use them in the terminal!!! The reason people use the train and not the ferry is because it’s quicker not to park up and use the facilities!!! Flexiplus costs a fortune but the catering is cheap They have gone from a loverly rustic baguette to boxed sandwiches the like you would expect to find in a school canteen. The two coffee machines on the French side are mostly out of order so as you can imagine I am not impressed after paying £550 for a 5 day return and finding the food room closed and only the toilet part open with broken coffee machines and a few bags of crisps on offer. Come on LeShuttle management shape up stop trying to over charge and under serve this was built with tax payers money as a fast link between England and the continent not to make share holders bumper profits
