PLOWZ & MOWZ for Landscapers

I have done plowz and mowz with my buddy and decided to use them this year for extra work. I did four jobs totaling around $300. I put in my bank info and I haven’t been paid for any of them. Good thing I wasn’t counting on the money being that it was supposed to be for fun and travel. The faq says they should have sent out a paper check long ago, I asked the cs person about it and they had no thought on sending paper checks. How can I not talk to any person in billing or whatever. I text them at least weekly and the only answer is get is… “I do apologize, it's a small team dealing with a high volume of outreach and the process unfortunately takes time. We will be making sure you get paid for your work”. That’s it, can’t call plowz and mowz can’t talk to a supervisor. Just complain, and don’t het paid. They have the nerve to want updates on when I can complete a job yet they become forgetful of how to communicate when they need to provide answers.

To anyone considering getting this application that owns a landscaping company like myself, don’t think about it just do it! I do third-party service as a provider through another app that provides landscaping and I recently got this application as well. This application is much better than the other one that I provide service for. Their customer support is amazing! You can text them quickly, and expect replies, if not instantly shortly after. They take initiative and will reach out to you if it’s needed as well as reach out to the customer to let them know of any updates. They also pay out more than one time a week. The other application I use it is impossible to speak with customer support quickly. Everything related to any problems that the customer may have is all dependent on the providers handling all of that instead of receiving any help from the company that runs the application. I really hope that this application and company continues to grow and thrive.

This is such a great opportunity for anybody to expand their business or even start a new one! There are so many jobs available and you can choose to do as little or as many as you would like! Such a great opportunity! You bid on jobs and set your own prices! Everyone working behind the scenes is so knowledgeable and so understanding of any situation that comes up... you can even text back-and-forth for support and questions; Plowz and Mowz will respond back immediately!! Even after hours!!! I can’t stress enough how amazing this app is for any professional trying to grow their business!!
