I’ve been a provider for a few months now and I’ve only had three jobs in the RDU area (NC). I am licensed so it’s not a matter of myself not qualifying, it’s just not a very popular platform. They do work with you when it’s a far distance, and they’ve paid my labor costs in full with no fuss. I like the idea of the service it’s just not much volume as of right now.
Overall I like the business model, very straightforward no gimmicks. I would definitely recommend this to any contractor or property management company.
I’ve been able to add to my team with the volume of work/jobs that come through on a daily basis. If you’re good at what you do there’s plenty of money to be made. The Lula team is always there to handle anything you may need. Definitely recommend to all pros and all property management companies to use true professionals to handle any maintenance needs. 10 Stars
