PLAYFUL REWARDS: Earn Rewards

After playing these games multiple games at that, making payments to be able to reach the milestones, putting time money and effort into reaching all the milestones I was finally able to reach about $500 to cash out, all of my coins and rewards disappeared, I contacted customer support through the app and they weren’t messaging back. I contacted them via email and I was finally able to get a response back and my account fixed I was able to get everything back to normal. Now that my account went back to normal I was thinking this was real. I went to the payout option and I “paid out” $200 twice because that was the only option I had and that made sense. Just to go back into the playful app and see that everything once again was missing, I reached out to them via the app and email letting them know what had happened, they hit me with “ it looks like your device, account, or in-game behavior triggered our automatic fraudulent review process, and your gameplay is under review by our gaming partners.” To now my account being deleted and I can’t get back in. And still WASN’T able to pay out nor are they willing to refund me for all the money I invested into these games. This is upsetting and unfair.

I wanted to give this app the benefit of the doubt because it sounds like a great idea to make money but regardless of how great it sounds that’s not the reality. Ive have a lot of problems with this app, it has you watch tons of ads and stuff so they make money but you don’t make any because the app glitches so much it keeps starting my coins back at 0. The app is false advertising, it says you can make money while playing games or watching Tik ToK, but there’s no option for that. And it’s not only that, sometimes when you open the app it’ll stay on the loading screen, and won’t ever load, even if you have WiFi. And occasionally when filling out surveys there will be an error and kick me from the survey even though I was almost done and didn’t do anything wrong, and if that happens to many times it won’t let you even take surveys for a short time being. It takes FOREVER to even speak with a person about any problems and they don’t end up fixing anything. I’ve check the FAQ section and it was very unhelpful for all my problems. Overall feels like a scam and a huge waste of time. There hasn’t been any growth to try and fix these bugs if anything there are more now than ever. They clearly don’t care about customer service and just want to make money.

!!!!!!!!!!450$ IN PAYOUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!I know a lot of the reviews say they didn’t get their payout and that the app is a scam but I’m here to tell you otherwise. I got this app and after I downloaded the first game I got a “temporary reward prize” saying i would get a 200$ gift card if I completed a certain amount of tasks in the game in 5 days (you also got the coins for completing levels in the game) I completed the challenge and got the coins for completing the levels (witch I doubled by watching an add) so I cashed out 400$ worth of rewards, it said it could take up to 24 hours to receive them in your email. After not getting them in the first 24 hours I contacted support and they said it could take up to 72 hours bc of a back up in tickets. I waited and got both cards that next day not even a 48 hour wait. I now have gotten 450$ from this game and just cashed out another 50$ in rewards that didn’t even take a day to receive. Edit: I don’t know if it has anything to do with my last 50$ cash out but I went back into the app and all my games and coins are gone. (I had at least another 10-20$ in coins) I contacted the costumer service and all they said is I was that I most likely logged into a new account (I still have all of my past payout history) I put in a support ticket but was told it could take up to 72 hours to hear a response. Will update again if or when I receive a reply. Very disappointed in this after I gave a good review.
