Planday Employee Scheduling

Cool app that myself and my employer is using because no matter which site I’m scheduled to work at, as long as there’s good internet connectivity, I am able to clock in and out for my all of my shifts. But the one thing that I’m not seeing on the app or the website Planday is the ability to request time off whenever I need too. So developer any ideas on why that is? Let me know and I’ll get back to you soon as I can.

This app is great and super easy to use but there’s one thing that could make a huge difference for myself and many others. I work valet and often pick up shifts at other locations besides the hotel I typically work at. When covering a shift it would be nice to see the address of the location I’m going to. Just had to bail on a shift because After going to 3 different locations I could not find the right one because the name was not very specific. for example if I’m going to pick up a shift at the Marriott I could be driving around Orange County for days before I found the correct one. Hope to see an update solving this problem, other than that I have nothing but good things to say about this app. thanks!

I love this Planday app! Although I’m not running a business with revenue, The app keeps track of Employees hours, let you send notifications of excessive lateness, absences, Payroll, request off and so much more! This is the most user-friendly app that I have ever encountered. I have downloaded many apps just to see if they work according to my needs and this app is The best one out there! I have caregivers coming in to our home to take care of my mom personal needs and it’s always good to see laid out in report form how much money I need to pay each employee, how many hours of work, and days of request off. The best feature is SWAP For scheduling which will allow the employees to swap Schedule shifts or to sell their shifts. My employees found this app very easy to use and navigate as well. We like the convenience of being able to clock in and out on your mobile device. I highly recommend !
