Pinyada

So starting out this app was awesome! I quickly redeemed 1,000 points=$10 when I joined. I kept doing offers because some of them didn’t credit at 1st. After I’d cashed out the 1st $10 I’d earned, only then did the credits for a couple of pending offers come through. Beings those other points were just sitting there, I decided I’d go ahead & attempt to earn the remaining points so I could cash out a 2nd time. I completed more offers & received credit for a couple but a few I did not & was running out of offers that I could do w/o having to spend more than I could afford. I referred a friend because it states that you receive 100 points for inviting a friend that completes at least 1 offer. My friend completed their 1st offer & we waited...no credit for the referral. Waited some more...friend completes another offer just to be sure...still no credit. It’s been a week...still no credit for my referral. Of coarse I’ve contacted support but no response after emailing twice now. I’m seeing that not even 1 review has received any feedback from Pinyada either. Wondering if they even exist at this point. I’m sitting on 900 points & would just like to be able to receive the 100 points for my referral as promised so I can cash out to cover the expenses I’ve accrued from completing the paid for offers. At least give me that Pinyada! Please & thank you!

The pictures in the app explaining how the app works are very appealing but when the app asks you to sign up, you only have 2 options. You can sign up through Google+ or Facebook. Last time I used Google+ they said they weren't offering that service anymore so I tried to sign up through Facebook just to find, after going through the Facebook app and allowing Facebook to do what it does to make a profile here on Pinyada, the process fell short and I didn't leave the sign up page. I tried again, same issue. I thought maybe the sign up went through so I pressed on the "Already have an account? Log In" tab and that took me to a different page that had the same 2 options to sign in with. I went through the Facebook app again just for the same issue to happen again. I looked at when the last update happened and it said 17hrs with the update description saying there were bug fixes done. Not being able to log in or sign up is a major bug. I'd love to be able to use this app some time. I write reviews on all the apps I use and would have no problem updating this review but pease fix this problem first. - Brain Sauce

It was a great app that I loved and used for literally at least 6 months. Made a lot of money and my first payout was fast. However, recently I decided to start back using the app in my free time but no matter how many offers I do, I never get the points for it. If this could get fixed, that would be perfect. Miss how it used to be! Was nice to have extra cash.
