UPDATE: Nayan has politely and promptly helped fix my withdrawal problems. I’ve withdrawn a total of about $100 since June so I’m quite happy. All is working now and apparently I had downloaded too many games which I didn’t progress in so now I know not to do that. Happy with this great app again! Not sure what happened but after four successful withdrawals the app has stopped rewarding me. First, games stopped tracking reliably. Then, I wasn’t getting credit for those which did track. Customer service helped fix that, but now that I tried to make a $35 PayPal withdrawal, the coins have been added back into my account and all withdrawal options have disappeared. To make it worse, customer service isn’t responding do my email requests for help. I don’t know how many others might be affected by this but think twice before investing a lot of time in a game.

The app is immediate with payouts thru PayPal after the first initial payout. For that fact alone, it’s better than 3/4s of all the others like reco, mist play, giraffe, earn it, etc… But the selection of games is only mediocre, with no new games being added in at least the month I’ve been playing, and what their assigning to as goals isn’t as generous as most of the others. Plus usually there’s weekly or even daily boosts or X3 offered on certain games and I’m not seeing anything in over a month. While I think it’s just a badly maintained platform with little effort to expand the experience, whatever exists now is enough to keep me away from the majority of its competitors

I have been writing for over 2 months because I’ve completed lots of surveys & have earned hundreds of dollars. BUT, I’ve NEVER BEEN PAID!!!! No matter how many times I ver written (close to every day), I can’t get much of a response. I’m so frustrated I could cry!!!! They told me about a labtop version. They even answered a few questions I had about how to use it. They recognize my letter about never being paid & told me my mail was accidentally sent to a junk file. They said it was repaired. I’ve only been asked how many surveys I’ve taken. I’ve written to them almost every day & no response. I wish they’d give me a phone number so I can call & get this resolved. Considering their good reputation I don’t understand why they continue to ignore me. Be very careful with them, they don’t pay!! All that time for almost nothing. I haven’t given up & I didn’t want to do this but I have one choice. I’m going I’ll be able to write another review saying everything was fixed & all is ok. Until then, be extremely careful. Stop doing anything with them if you don’t get paid the first time! I pray writing this does some good!!
