I’ve placed three orders with this company. I didn’t have any issues with the first one. The second one was split into two shipments. I never received notification of this and had to contact them to see where my item was. My third order was the worst. I emailed a few days after ordering to get an idea of processing time. I received an response of 5-7 business days for in stock items. Okay, no problem. A week went by after that with no update. I emailed again and got the same response. I asked if the items were in stock just to get an idea of how long the wait would be. A few hours later I had an email saying my order has shipped followed by an email saying they shipped the order. Getting the same auto response twice came off as though they didn’t really seem to care enough to look into my order and only sent it when I started to question more. I will say they do have a lot of wonderful items and I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten from them but their customer service seems to be lacking.

While Disney maybe hours from my house and a trip I’m lucky to take every other year this app allows for me to be a kid everyday. From excellent product to the live shows that not only show you their awesome products but have a since of friendship in their presentations that liven up your day. Since joining this app it has become a family favorite not just for shopping but a show that your excited to see what is next. It is also very informative and updated on new fads. Without them I would have never learned of my newest obsession figpins and with out them telling me how it works may not be this into it. If you haven’t tried it then you need to try it. If you don’t love it I don’t want to know you. To all the pink crew your are my magically screen friends.

Pink a la mode Gives online shopping a new spark that most companies are missing . The staff listens to our request answer our questions about said item(s). All while providing an amazing service between fashion and real ness . Anything from shoes to pain management creams. Really an up to date trend inventory . Family owned and bond love to see them go live.. love my purchases, and once received the packing style does not disappoint. Very well packed. Their logo everywhere and a thank you card in every box or bag. ❤️😉 would recommend over and over again .
