From day one of our trip with Pick Your Trail, we faced nothing but issues with this service. It was a very bad experience overall. Initially, they bombarded us with follow-up calls until the trip was finalized, but once payment was made, their responsiveness slowed down. Communication on the trip was worst; we missed out on an activity due to last-minute schedule changes they failed to notify us about. After hours of quarell, they agreed on certain refunds however, it's been over a month, and we haven't received anything yet. It's very frustrating. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

My vacation to Italy with Pickyourtrail was amazing. I would even get timely updates about my visa. I would recommend it to anyone who wants customised trips.
