Photo Revive:AI Photo to Video

I bought the pro version of AI. It was working before but now it seems to have stopped working. I’m not getting any credits. I can’t make any videos. I was supposed to be getting 150 daily credit so I can make videos and I haven’t been able to make videos in the last three or four months. I would like to get my account to where I am able to use them and I would like to get the credits back on there or the months back that I was not able to use. I am emailing you from different email than my Apple account. I have provided the information needed if you can text me back that would be better as I am not always checking this email. My father has just passed away and I was wanting to make some videos for my siblings of him and I cannot, which is very unfortunate considering I paid for the pro version and now all of a sudden I can’t use it. Can someone please help me get this back on ASAP thank you. Please contact me as my fathers funeral is this Friday Apple support said all they could do was issue refund but I want the app. I emailed and Tik tok message. Also the Apple support told me to try to delete app and reinstall and all my pictures and video I made previously are gone. 😭😭😭

I’m updating my review to remove a star. It seems the one-step restore has recently become much worse, completely replacing the faces of those in the picture, and altering the expression, when the face just needing sharpening. Original review: Overall, I am really enjoying this app. It is a little hit and miss as to whether I like the animations. In one, the animation had the person immediately bend down to a puppy and her face (which was front-facing and clear in the photo) was not visible in the animation after the first frame. In another, the animation’s similarity to how the actual person smiled was great. Overall, the photo restore has produced better results than the animation. One annoying feature is random writing that has appeared a few times when restoring a photo, similar to a studio’s signature, though one time writing appeared in a window in the interior of the photo. This script text is either in another language or random letters (hard to read). This seems to be a glitch because if I redo the photo, the writing isn’t there, but that costs me more credits. I agree with others that I wish there was some partial/full return of credits if an undesirable result is produced, especially in an animation due to the higher credit cost. Perhaps it could be watermarked for a preview and then credits charged when saved? Are you working to correct the writing appearing in images?
