This app is perfect! I have a somewhat old iPad mini, so I was looking for an photo collage app that would fit my IOS, when I stumbled upon this completely free app. At first there are locked frames, but there is no membership you have to pay for to get them. All you have to do is leave a review. This app is great, and I highly suggest you download it if looking for a photo collage app.

Had full access, but switched phones and now need to leave a review to unlock half of the frames. Lots to do with the options in this app. A great way to digitally scrapbook.
