On March 25th in evening, I used Peachy for the first time. I was having trouble with setting up my reservation, so I asked the attendant for help. She helped me with the reservation and I expressed that I bought the 6 day parking on Groupon. She told me that I was good. I parked my car and got on the shuttle. When I returned on March 29th in the evening, the new attendant expressed that I didn’t set a reservation, so I can’t leave till pay $97. I showed her my shuttle ticket and the Groupon receipt. She expressed that I can’t get out till I pay Peachy directly. I told her that I don’t have the money (returning from vacation), she dropped the price to $76. Again, I still didn’t have the funds. She contacted the supervisor and he didn’t speak to me at all. They just called the cops. I had to call around to get someone to pay the fee, so that I can finally return home from my trip. Technically, I had to pay twice for parking. Worst experience ever! This service was horrible and asking for help from the attendants was useless
I love the Peachy service, but the app needs basic features such as: Saving user profiles so one doesn’t have to type all fields for any booking (HUGE negative) and 2) Payment information should be stored for easy booking.
It is nice that you can reserve, and see where the shuttles are, but it lacks in areas. I would like to be able to pay using the app, and be able to pull up my reservation a little easier. Fortunately I put my reservation in the apple wallet and was able to pull it up before I left, but I was looking for it on the app and could not find it. There doesn’t appear to be an official check in when you arrive. That makes me wonder what was the point of the reservation. It would be nice to link the address of the lot you pick to apple maps to get directions.
