Pdb App: Personality & Friends

The people on this app are absolutely amazing like I could scroll for hours. I honestly was up until 5 AM just scrolling on this app because I could not get off. I love the fact that it’s people from all over the world and you can make like friends from other countries and it’s honestly one of my favorite parts about it is I like learning about culture so this is actually the perfect app to do so. Not only can you make friends, but you can also go and see how compatible you are with some of your favorite celebrities or favorite movie and show characters and you already know I took advantage of that. I think that is such a cool feature and I definitely love that one about this app too. Things cost money and you have to take breaks in between liking peoples profiles and becoming more friends like there is a cap limit but if you do the three day free trial, you get three days to test it out and I think that’s really amazing feature is if you don’t have the money, you still get to know what it feels like for three days and make as many friends as you can in that period of time!!!

I can’t express how much I love it. I’ve made so many friends on PDB of who I’ve actually met irl. And yes, along with being a personality app, it also lets you make friends and post things to communities you’re interested in! There is a collection for EVERYTHING, literally every show, game, and movie. Its insane how many features they offer. I love reading over my little card because for each mbti, they also provide u with a little card you and your friends can read. It basically describes your personality type and I love them. You can search up memes, meet people, share your interests, post pics of yourself, its great I love it. The ONLY things I’d change is the feature where you can only send photos and no videos, change the reply button into an easy swipe, and yeah thats it. Perfect app, no complaints. Never had a bad experience. If u get your age wrong, they let me change it too after i asked the community how to change it.

used to be a simple site/app for discussing typology (specifically of various characters, celebrities, etc.), which is what i (and many others!) explicitly joined and used it for. whatever is going on right now with trying to turn it into yet another chatting/social media app, virtually indistinguishable from any other out there aside from the personality database part, is extremely forced and uncomfortable, VERY poorly implemented, and kind of just ruins the preexisting experience for all of the users who only signed up to discuss what their favorite cartoon character's mbti is, and don't necessarily want to be inundated with random chat notifications and constant popups on every screen of the app pretty much begging you to buy the premium membership. i literally couldn't even type a name in the search bar to find a character without one of these popping up halfway through and basically softlocking the app until i hit search on the incomplete name and hit the "regretfully miss out" button for like the 50th time. believe it or not, i have not felt a single ounce of regret for not spending money to support this website i used to sincerely enjoy being frankensteined into yet another second-rate social networking app, but go off i guess! :)
