Hello, I tried booking a service for pet training through you app. However, now the problem I faced was that I couldn’t chat or talk about the trainer’s methods with the trainer before I could go ahead and book the service. You cannot possibly expect people to spend 5k without out any information or the process. Be it pet sitting or training or dog walking, before the money is spent you should allow the two parties to at least exchange a few messages. Also, since this is a newer platform, there are no reviews - so there are no means of knowing what surprises await once the payment is made.
