I had a bizarre incident last week where I entered a parking lot and exited within the free hours. Luckily I opened the app to check after a day and was shocked to note that the system did not validate my exit and the payment amount was showing as AED 220. Called the customer service representative who understood my issue and rectified the system entries immediately and my payment amount was nullified. Thank you for meeting the customer’s expectations and addressing the issue in a timely manner.

Horrible app , company , customer service The validation system dosent work and you eventually end up paying a lot and to make it worst the parking attendants are even the most worst inhumane who dont understand a word in English and now you are left with an even worst customer service who dont care of what went wrong you just have to pay .

This is the best parking application in the UAE, it covers most of the areas in the UAE. Best thing is we don’t need to carry any more physical ticket, ticket is created inside the application. No fear to lose ticket and penalty for the the same anymore. Also we may get discounts on parking when we purchase from the shops inside the parking location.
