Paradise Biryani

We ordered food via paradise app, no status changed in the app in restaurant not accepted the order fr one hour, and when called the customer care. they are foos is ready delivery partner not assigned call to customer care. And when called to customer care That guy listened the problem and saying nothing and disconnectd the call. And when i called back again same irresponsible person not provided any solution for this. Paradise if you cant do service for online orders better not to accept it. since people will pay already to you and will be waiting like dumb as they cant here any update and you guys cant deliver food to them. How many hours they can wait after placing an order. better to cancel order while they placed ao they can order different food from other reataurants.

As a customer from last 15 years, better you can stop your own application and continue from third party like Zomato and Swiggy. Everytime some different issue..rider not found, payment not successful, not accepting the orders etc… from ur app. Your biryani is really great, I don’t have any issues with the taste. As a royal customer I prefer 1st option as paradise, but lot of issues with your app .. Be cool and continue on ur authentic taste, don’t enter in to other technological fields like app, delivery etc. This is my suggestion My name is Sreenivasa and I am from Bangalore Electronic City, I lived Hyderabad for 5 years and became a fan of paradise Biryani Thanks

Ordered 2 portions of haleem and a Special chicken biryani. Had to place order twice. Once the Haleem and then the biryani. The food was brilliant. But They delivered only 1 portion against the 2 ordered. After speaking to the restaurant they sent the other portion with the biryani order. Otherwise 5 stars.
