The app is not designed very well, it does not allow anyone to set up an account. The app’s description needs to be updated and the company’s customer service employees need to be taught how to respond in a polite manner. Supposedly, this app is for the UK but then why does it show up in the us section of apples app’s. Just a bad app, bad company and poor customer service.

When you click on sign up it just goes to a blank screen. I’ve tried deleting it and redownloading but still does the same thing!

I don’t know because I can’t even start when I click sign up there’s nothing but a cancel button in the top left corner
