Fraudulent, scam company and business. They did not pay me for my shift that I completed and then they cancelled the shift two days after the shift was completed. Eventually, after calling and calling them and submitting multiple tickets with GigSmart they paid me but not for all time that I worked and was hired for. The woman on the phone was the same one Indian-accent woman who had multiple different western names pretending to be a different person. They are trying to gaslight and make people feel dumb like we donโt recognise the same voice of the same person with names such as Danny, Jessica, Jennifer, etc. First time when I called the person on the phone slipped up saying that the same happened to the other two drivers. Oh, did I mention that the job ad was saying max miles 80 miles, but the job from the store and back took over 130 miles, do they reimburse you for the extra 50 miles that were not unaccounted for? Of course Not! Stay away like from a plague. Iโll be submitting a complaint with the department of labor to look into them and other complaints that exist. Pay me my entire wage that I was supposed to get paid for my work and time.
Letโs get to meat and potatoes - Initial Pay was: 123$ for 170 miles. After onboarding call, 133$ for 170 miles. Arrived at pickup location and there was an hour delay for prepared meals - 153 for 170 miles. Thereโs marketing that shows 50$ extra for 10 on-time deliveries (actually means showing up to pickup location on-time for each individual route). All-in-all, I thought payout would at least match # of miles with the added 50$ but in the end, after tax responsibility and wear & tear accounted for, net hourly was -5$ for 7.5 hours. On a better note, believe that the app is legit as I performed charity services and monies was deposited to my account via stitch. Short term, in a pinch, maybe. Long term, no Vamos.
Pretty easy app to navigate and understand. The routes are simple to get done you donโt have to sit around and wait to find your next gag like DoorDash and all the other ones. My first time doing it I had 8 stops all where less them 15 miles from each other all the customers where easy to deal with and professional. Most of my stops where houses that where easy to find. The longest wait time was waiting for the restaurant to pack everything and that was because their printer was not working properly but ones I got to my first stop everything was simple after that. The dispatch number that you communicate with always gets back with me on anything that deals with the app or any situation and questions pretty fast which is always a good thing. The process to sign up was simple and easy and I got signed on in two days I believe. There was no waiting lists like all the others gig apps out there and I made $60 dollars in a hour and a half my first time so thatโs pretty good for the type of work. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that needs a little extra money and doesnโt want to go through all the extra stuff like some of the other apps put people through. I do hope that maybe soon you will be able to withdraw your money sooner maybe every 3 day and not once a week but it is pretty new so Iโm sure over time that will become available. But in the meantime Iโm hoping to continue working with Errand as much as possible. ๐ค๐พ
