Pandahall Beads

First I’ll start with a couple of really awesome things about PandaHall: Never had any problems with my orders. If there was an issue they solve it FAST. Customer service is great. It might take a day for them to get back to me. But let’s keep it real they’re located in China they’re in a different time zone than I am in. Which is North America. So I’ve been using PandaHall since I started my business. I do really love PandaHall. But I will only buy through them when I absolutely need to. Even though they do have free shipping promotions where if you buy $99 is goods you get free shipping. I have found that through other apps I can get the SAME EXACT PRODUCT and quality for either less or the same price with FREE SHIPPING. On orders over $10. PANDA HALL IS AMAZING. But… I still feel like they can get more competitive with there free shipping option if it were more often or all of the time. I will never stop buying from PandaHall but my orders are not nearly as often because I have free shipping options for the same product. Same great quality product elsewhere. I highly recommend this app. But I also am hoping that this review will get the attention of whoever runs PandaHall and that they may consider changing their shipping policy.

♥️ LOVE THE TEACHING TOOLS: ♥️ They have complete explanations of definition of terms used so that there is no question as to what you are purchasing. If you see a stone that has a name that you’ve never heard of, the app has a section where you can look it up and learn of its origin, etc. I have have ordered a multitude of items from Panda Hall and have found their beads to be true to their definition and photo display. Every now and then I may get a higher variation, however for the majority of the orders they are spot on.

This November will be 5 years of purchasing from PandaHall. I have placed 25 orders so far and I plan on placing many more. I have been very pleased with our relationship. For example several times I have asked them for special services and they have always provided me with exactly what I asked. I love the fact that if they are temporarily out of stock of an item they give me options that enable me to keep doing my business while waiting for those items at no charge to me. Their prices are so reasonable it allows me to order items that I am not sure of some of which do not meet my expectations and some that have become regular items for my business. Thank you PandaHall for improving my business and providing many items to improve my inventory.
