This app is not functional. Pls delete it or improve it so its usable. Check in process is completely screwed up. I cant access in room dining coz it keeps saying connect primary phone when my ph is the primary. I was able to do it for one day of the stay and then it randomly stopped working. Frustrating!! Two out of three downloads, it doesnt let u select a past date for arrival date. So for ur qa people, if u r not able to recreate the issue in one try, try multiple times. Past dates are disabled, i uninstalled, reinstalled the app and then it was enabled again.

Just got back from the Hard Rock Riviera Maya, and wow, the new app is next-level! That interactive map is a game-changer—no more getting lost! And being able to pre-order room service and have it ready for us was the coolest thing. We got to jump right into relaxing. The app made it so easy to see all the shows and activities, too. Seriously, they've made the perfect app for a perfect vacation

Hoped to book dining, explore options during our stay, actually was hoping to do SOMETHING. However it does absolutely nothing. Can’t do anything but show we have a reservation. It just ends up with a white box and error message. We arrive in a week and have no access. Their previous app was much better. Unfortunate that they changed. I would select zero stars if that was an option
