Terrible experience with Palmerbet. Made an account and was offered a $50 bonus bet. Used my initial deposit and the bonus bet. My bet won so I decided to withdraw to enjoy my win on the weekend but instead they locked me out of my account for “further verification”. They asked for full bank statements with all transactions shown (feels very invasive) and ID documents. Interesting that they only ask for this AFTER making a deposit and placing a bet. So if the bet had lost they wouldn’t care?? Once I finally gained access back to the account I was able to withdraw (a week later) but received an email saying I would no longer be allowed to take part in any promotions. Haha as if I would ever bet with them again! I don’t really get the point of them even offering these bonus’ if they don’t want people to use them? Absolutely shocking company, very dodgy, hard avoid!

It's a betting service and app which is so easy to use, with great loyal customer service! Always willing to help you navigate or have any questions with the app or you bets. With good live chat for any help u may need!That's great service! And they do there best to make ur time feel important and at ease. It's easy to use and has something for all punters whether it's horse or greyhound racing or sports that you love. This has everything with so many markets in all sports to choose from. I love the variety of markets they have and weekly deposit bonus options they give too. Plus promotional offers each day. It's unbelievable and so much better than ur big 3 sports betting Agencies! Definitely should check them out out as you will love then and not be disappointed!!

Palmerbet have clearly put a lot of time and consideration into their betting app of late – I used it a few years ago and it was OK, but after giving it another nudge recently I’d rate it among the best of the Australian bookmakers. Very clean and fast, my new go to for horse racing and sports betting. Some bookmakers seem to have a big range of markets on some events but then very few for others. Palmerbet are really good for having a good range of options across pretty much all sports, I’ve found. Plus the betting app is straightforward and user friendly with awesome promos for sports betting and horse-racing.
