OUIGO : Billet de train & Gare

The app is very buggy, and always needs updates. They charge you for everything, but the starting price is cheap. I will go inouï next year

This is the absolute worst travel experience I've ever encountered using this app and I will never use it again. They canceled my ticket just 24 hours before my trip, leaving me stranded despite having already booked my airline tickets and hotel. I should have gone with SNTF instead. Even though it might have cost more, at least they kept my schedule intact. The app canceled my ticket while the train was ready to depart on time. At the station, I found out they canceled my ticket to give it to someone else. This is utterly disgraceful and unacceptable!

And this has been happening for months now. Impossible to access my account. So I end up having to use a web browser. Also, what’s up with not taking AmEx? The SNCF app accepts it. Other bugs like showing trains that are available when in fact they are full. So the app lets you buy a ticket, and when it comes time to choosing a seat, literally every carriage and every seat is greyed out and unavailable. Bottom line, this thing doesn’t work.
