I dislike when you purchase something and it takes forever to come out of your account. Then it goes to pending, pending disappears and then days later it comes out your account. It sometimes becomes confusing when there’s alot of transaction going on at the same time. We are to advanced for a system to be so outdated.
One thing I have pitched to the feedback line and elsewhere (except here) is a feature that I am still a bit surprised is still not available: Scheduled transfers. This feature is standard on many other income/funding apps I use, AND it’s a feature that can be done through your online banking. WHY is it still not available in the app? The app functions great for me (for the most part; I do run into the occasional error), but this missing feature kills it for me. Really needs to be a thing. Thanks.
This latest version of the mobile app fixed my biggest complaint, that I couldn't set up payments unless I was logged in from a computer. Now I have access to "bill pay" from my mobile devices. This app does everything I need to do. I can't remember the last time I was actually inside a branch.
