At first, I was genuinely thankful because when I needed money, OLP approved my loan and even advertised that the first loan comes with 0% interest. Sounds great, right? That’s what they want you to believe. But the reality? Totally different. I took out the loan on August 24, 2025, and then I was shocked to find out the due date was just 10 days later September 3, 2025. How is that even helpful? That short repayment period already defeats the purpose of “financial relief.” But what’s worse is what happened before the due date. Starting five days early, OLP began harassing me nonstop with calls and texts pressuring me to confirm my payment date, asking me to deposit or pay in full even though I wasn't late. On August 30, I received 17 missed calls. On August 31, it jumped to 20 missed calls. Then on September 1, I actually PAID MY LOAN EARLY and guess what? I still received 14 more calls from them. And yet, OLP has the nerve to promote themselves as a "convenient," "hassle-free," and "customer-friendly" lending platform. That’s pure propaganda. Their actions completely contradict their marketing. If you're going to sell yourselves as easy and stress-free, then why are you bombarding your customers with dozens of calls even before the loan is due AND after it’s been paid? This kind of aggressive behavior causes unnecessary stress and anxiety especially for people who are already going through financial difficulties. It’s unacceptable and unethical. BOTTOM LINE: IF YOU'RE THINKING OF BORROWING FROM OLP, JUST KNOW THAT THEIR "NO INTEREST", "EASY PROCESS" IMAGE IS ALL FOR SHOW. IN REALITY, YOU'LL BE HARRASED BEFORE YOUR DUE DATE, PRESSURED TO PAY EARLY, AND STILL BOTHERED AFTER YOU'VE ALREADY PAID.

But even after several hours, my payment still hasn’t reflected in OLP’s system. I had to refresh multiple times just to view the payment options. I was actually going to use QR Ph as suggested, but your system was unresponsive. It lagged so badly that I ended up selecting InstaPay — the only option that loaded properly. I paid IMMEDIATELY, just to avoid your endless calls and reminders. So now, I’m left with: ✅ Successful payment confirmation ❌ No update on your system ❌ No support ❌ No working contact email You want fast payments but can’t even handle basic system reliability or customer support. You can’t keep harassing customers to pay and then vanish when there’s a problem.
