This is a wonderful app that can be configured to function for any size practice. I am highly thankful to the developers as it is a lifesaver for a small practice that nets zero money but exists merely to help other humans.
It can be a little glitchy and I have trouble adding attachments sometimes. Not very pediatric friendly because missing appropriate growth charts and not templated for well visits. To add past history requires a fair amount of clicking around but I like that there are not pop ups. Diagnoses do not auto populate well but if you know what ICD-10 you want then can just enter that. Some newer pharmacies are missing and I can’t prescribe controlled substances in the free version It is straightforward and simple which I like
