OneCare Metabolic Insights App

Most people, I presume, are going to be using this app for making healthcare decisions which can affect their quality of life and this app is totally unreliable to do so. Horribly wrong Alerts - If there was just ONE use of this app it had to be alerts for spikes that pop up when you scan. After all, aren't you using this app to identify the spikes? But they show highly inaccurate timings ALL the time. For eg even though the spike was at 07 am(as shown in the graph), the alert will say it occurred at 05 am and ask you to add an activity at that time! High Variability - I am aware of the difference between ISF and blood glucose, but still the variability is too much(76 on glucometer and 105 in the app). This does not make sense at all Pathetic UI - You are unable to move the cursor along the graph to see the exact values(they dont persist).

Hi this is one of the best app to store and to track overall summary of the health data, this app has many options and one care team is very supportive, my best futures in this app, 1. I can see previous data when ever I want , this helps me in comparing the older data to new data. 2. And I can enter Food , Medicine, Sleep, And daily activities in this app which helps me to track my daily data. 3 . And in app we can request to New sensor and if we have any problem we can reach to team in the app, and we get quick response from team. Over all best App.

I have been using OneCare App for over 3 months now and I am really impressed by the amount of data & insights it collects and the overall experience of the App. Couple of key things that I like about the app that others may find userful - 1) I can check data of past sensors as well and show it to doctors on my regular visits 2) Reaching out to Care Manager is easy & seamless 3) I can send messages to doctors team and they can write back to me as well 4) I have been logging in my diet & fitness routine and the app maps it on my blood sugar data The team has been very helpful in resolving a lot of smaller issue on time and keeps me posted on it.
