Official CDL Test Prep: Iowa

I spent a lot of time using the apps sections and testing questions. I got to where I was getting 100% every time. There is a lot of good info here. Unfortunately I failed the exam twice. There were many questions on the exam that never presented in the testing. Why the app is set up this way makes no sense. It’s like they intentionally want to make it harder. I found another app called CDL Test that was more thorough, and I was able to pass on the next attempt. I suggest using multiple resources.

This would be a great app to prepare for CDL testing if the practice questions and answer options were legible. Unfortunately the words either fail to appear at all, or are cut off so that only the top 1/4 of the letters are visible. Reading past reviews, it appears this has been an issue known by the developer for at least 8 months... Yet it hasn’t been fixed? Clearly no sign of improvement in sight. Definitely has 5 star potential, but totally useless with the formatting error. Moving on to another app.

The app should allow you to take the courses as many times as you want. What’s the purpose of practice when you can only do it once? Practice means continuous effort not just one effort.
