ATI TEAS Mastery | Test 2026

I just took my teas and got an 86% which is so awesome considering it’s been almost 13 years since I last took the science classes (switching careers). I studied for a month before taking my exam and I did also review the Mometrix study guide, but I have to give a lot of credit to this app. It helped me so much, because I was able to study on the go or quiz myself with some questions before bed. I really liked that it wasn’t just a bunch of questions thrown in together. You could also go into each section and pick out specific topics to test yourself on and it provides explanations for answers if you need to review information. I highly recommend this for anyone planning to take the Teas soon!

I think this app could be really great if they reviewed their content a bit more. There were more than a handful of practice questions that had an incorrect answer marked as correct. But most of the time when this is the case, you’ll see comments from other users noting the correct answer. There was a question about which organ produced lipase, with both the pancreas and small intestine listed among others. When a user pointed this out in the comments, “Nurse Barb” was confused and asked what was wrong about the question — “the small intestine DOES produce lipase.” But if you select the small intestine as your answer, it’s marked incorrect. So even after reviewing this incorrect content, it wasn’t corrected. You should not depend on this as your only study tool. It’s helpful for sure, but check other sources when you can because you don’t want to be memorizing incorrect material. Hopefully they’ll develop a better question review process because the false information was extremely frustrating. That being said, I did use the app a great deal and I found the format intuitive and smooth.

My personal backstory: I gave myself 6 weeks of total studying time before the exam but really only “buckled down” about 4 weeks before. Besides math, these were not topics I had studied since high school (graduated HS in 2013). I took the test yesterday (Jan. 7, 2020) for the first time ever and scored 80% which I was really happy with! I used this app + the Mometrix ATI TEAS Secrets Study Guide. Review: The interface of this app is really easy and nice to use! When I purchased it, I didn’t realize there is also an online interface you can use - exact same as the app but just on an internet browser / computer. This was so amazing to complete the 2 different practice exams they offer! I didn’t realize when I purchased but this app offers 2 different practice exams which are really, really helpful especially if you are taking the online proctored version of the exam since it’s a similar platform/interface. I especially loved this app because it made it so easy to do practice questions anytime and actually study effectively - especially for practicing math problems and the English questions! I would read a section in the mometrix book and then quiz myself on that section in this app. IMPORTANT: After taking my exam, if I could change anything, I wish I would have focused more on the science portion in this app! This app’s questions were much closer to the exam questions than the mometrix book was because the anatomy questions were much more specific and detailed like the exam. The only “bad” thing I can say about this app, is on that on the practice exams there’s no way to flag a question for review or to go back to any question you want while taking the practice exam. There’s only a “next” button but it would be nice to go back and revise answers if necessary.
